Neff Rental LLC, is privately held and does not make its financial information available to the public. However, under the terms of the indenture governing our senior secured notes, Neff Holdings LLC (the parent entity of Neff Rental LLC) makes its audited annual financial statements, its unaudited quarterly financial statements and its quarterly borrowing base certificate available on our secure website to holders of the notes, qualified prospective investors of the notes, securities analysts and market making financial institutions. Included with the quarterly and annual financial statements, Neff Holdings LLC makes available a “Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations”. The indenture requires that the audited annual financial statements be provided within 95 days after the end of our fiscal year, which ends on December 31, and the unaudited quarterly financial statements and borrowing base certificates within 50 days after the end of each of the first three fiscal quarters of each fiscal year. The financial statements and borrowing base certificates are posted on our secure website, which can be accessed only by holders of the notes, qualified prospective investors of the notes, securities analysts and market making financial institutions.

Under the terms of the indenture governing our senior secured notes, Neff Rental LLC will host an investor teleconference call for holders of the notes, qualified prospective investors of the notes, securities analysts and market making financial institutions no later than three business days after the annual and quarterly financial statements are delivered under the indenture. Approximately three business days prior to the investor call, Neff Rental LLC intends to post a notice on our secure website announcing the date and time of the call. Details on how to access the call, as well as the financial statements and borrowing base certificates, will be available on our secure website.
