Service Manager
The Neff Rental branch service manager has complete responsibility
over maintenance of the his or her branch's fleet. The service manager
focuses on customer service, monitors equipment maintenance and
service, and resolves service or customer damage issues.
The service manager dispatches road service technicians, institutes
and monitors safety programs, resolves customer equipment problems,
maintains an organized workplace, and supervises and acts as a resource
to branch mechanics. They also order and maintain the parts inventory,
and process work orders. There are opportunities for travel and
manufacturer training, as well as to help develop leading-edge changes
in equipment maintenance processes.
The service manager must have prior experience managing a heavy
equipment repair shop in private industry or the military. Qualified
candidates must have superior leadership and management skills,
and good common sense.

Branch Manager
Neff Rental is a leader in the construction equipment rental industry
because its branch managers are directly responsible for determining
their branch's and, ultimately, the company's success.
Branch Manager's have total responsibility for branch sales and
operations. They direct and motivate 10-20 employees, strategize
and participate in local sales programs, and manage the branch's
profitability. Region and corporate staff assist and coach managers
and provide them with opportunities to achieve higher levels of
success by leveraging new business opportunities, equipment and
services to expand and develop the branch's customer base.
If you have the aptitude and a demonstrated ability to operate
a successful business; the confidence and experience to provide
leadership through guidance and mentoring; and experience working

Branch Administrator
Branch administrators are responsible for all of the accounts receivable
and accounts payable functions of the branch, as well as a variety
of other business-related tasks.
Accounts receivable responsibilities include:
- Processing credit applications.
- Calling delinquent accounts.
- Filing invoice copies.
- Posting receivables.
- Providing lien releases to customers.
- Ensuring our lien rights are in order.
- Running D&B reports
Accounts payable responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices to Neff for payment.
- Establishing new vendor accounts
- Creating and closing computer purchase orders
Other duties include posting payroll time cards into the payroll
system, monitoring attendance and completing various reports.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years of administrative
experience including collections, accounts receivable and accounts
payable. Knowledge of construction lien laws is a plus. Basic knowledge
of Word and Excel is required.

Mechanic
Neff Rental has a reputation for supreme service. Our branch maintenance
departments are the foundation of that service. Neff Rental challenges
its mechanics to repair and maintain a variety of equipment and
systems while also operating under tight deadlines.
Neff Rental's customer satisfaction is reflected in the quality
of our mechanic's craftsmanship. We have found that consistent equipment
reliability results in a more successful branch. Mechanics are rewarded
for quality and timely work through Neff Share, a branch profit

The Neff branch's maintenance team is built around the strengths
and skills of each technician. Neff Rental seeks mechanics with:
- Experience in diesel, gas, electric and duel-fuel powered equipment
repairs.

Driver
Drivers should have a Class-A CDL license, a clean driving record,
and have the ability to drive any of our delivery trucks and rental
equipment. Drivers work with coordinators to schedule and make local
deliveries to customer job sites, as well as to retrieve equipment
from jobsites. Drivers are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction
by delivering equipment on time and to the correct location. We
expect our drivers to be knowledgeable about Neff Rental's services
and equipment, and to be able to assist customers with any questions
they may have about the equipment operations. Drivers will occasionally
transfer equipment between branches.
Qualified candidates must have a valid drivers license (Class-
A CDL preferred), a current DMV report displaying a good driving
record, be at least 21 years of age, good knowledge of DOT regulations,
ability to operate and secure a variety of equipment, and know their
way around the local market.

Yard Person
The yard person ensures that all of the rental equipment is clean
and proudly reflects Neff Rental's quality. He or she is responsible
for helping customers who are picking up equipment from the branch,
or returning equipment to the branch. They also help maintain the
branch's clean appearance. At some branches, the yard person position
is also a mechanic's apprentice.
The yard person must be an individual who takes pride in preparing
and readying clean equipment for rental, and takes the initiative
to learn how to maintain equipment. The yard person must have a
desire to contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Sales Representative
In the highly competitive equipment rental industry, customers
want not only reliable equipment and quality service, but they also
desire a trusting relationship with their rental company.
The Neff Rental outside sale representative is the visible link
between customers and Neff Rental. Outside sales reps visit job
sites, industrial facilities and corporate offices to introduce
the company and its services, help qualify customers, and develop
and maintain relationships. Our sales reps are provided leads and
industry leading customer relationship management tools that help
them succeed. We intensively train sales reps in the proven Neff
methods for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
This is an ideal position for intelligent, competitive, self-directed
and detail-oriented individuals who are motivated by achieving personal
success helping their company to grow.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience working
as a sales coordinator within the rental equipment industry, strong
communication skills, and a current driver's license with a good
driving record, knowledge of the local construction market, and
the drive to succeed. Experience using contact database software
and territory management is a plus.

Sales Coordinators
A Neff Rental sales coordinator plays a key role in a branch's
success. A sales coordinator multi-tasks: He or she is part delivery
and service scheduler, part inside sales rep, and part sales administrator…all
rolled in to one.
We provide sales coordinators with training in supreme customer
service, and ground them in the Neff Sales Essentials. We also coach
coordinators toward higher levels of excellence and provide motivated
individuals with the foundation to pursue a career in outside sales,
and branch and region management.
